Property – Co-Op Insurance
If Your Personal Possessions Were Stolen or Your Unit Damaged in a Fire…
- Would your co-op association’s insurance completely cover your unit?
- Would you be able to repair or replace your lost personal possessions?
- Would you and your family have a place to stay and be able to afford the necessary extra living expenses in the meantime?
A Co-op Policy from the Roger W. Dwyer Agency Could Be Your Answer – The Co-op Policy already includes:
Loss of Use of Residence & Premises Coverage
It pays for any reasonable increase in your extra living expenses necessary for maintaining your normal standard of living, such as a place to stay, food, and transportation, if you are unable to occupy your co-op apartment due to a covered loss (subject to policy terms and conditions).
And You Can Customize Your Co-op Policy With These Optional Features:
Loss Assessments Protection
Your co-op association may assess you for damage to co-op property or for liability damages. This coverage pays your share of assessments, up to policy limits, when the assessment results from a covered loss. A $250 deductible applies.
Personal Property Replacement Cost
It provides full replacement cost on most of your insured personal property. If a covered loss occurs we can pay for repair or replacement of your damaged personal property (subject to limits in your policy) with no deduction for depreciation.
